    Reishi

    Known for liver health, hormone balance, used to help enhance the immune system, reduce stress, improve sleep, and lessen fatigue. It also supports anti-inflammatory in the body and tied to longevity, better immune function and mental clarity.

    Lion's Mane

    Known to help protect against dementia, reduce mild symptoms of anxiety and depression and help repair nerve damage. It also has strong anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and immune-boosting properties and been correlated to lower the risk of heart disease, cancer, ulcers and diabetes.

    Cordyceps

    Known to increase oxygen uptake in the brain and increase blood flow to brain cells, which helps you fight mental fatigue. It supports overall energy, endurance, and stamina.

    Turkeytail

    Known for its ability to support immune function and gut health; by helping to manage inflammation and by stimulating the release of immune-supportive compounds. It’s also replete in prebiotics, which help nourish the beneficial bacteria in the gut and assist in the restoration of a balance of good flora in the gastrointestinal tract, supporting improved digestion and healthy immune response.

    Tremella

    Known to assist skin health; by supporting and replenishing fluids in the body. It also supports decongestion, asthma, constipation, balance cholesterol, and lower redness and swelling. It is incredibly rich in fiber, which helps support healthy blood sugar levels and healthy digestive health.

    Poria cocos

    Poria cocos has been used in TCM for 2,000 years. It's showing promise to boost treatments for numerous health conditions, especially Alzheimer's disease, cancer, and diabetes. It also has supportive benefits for digestion, insomnia, depression, osteoporosis, and skin aging.

    Astragalus

    Known to assist with cardiovascular health, anti-aging, and protecting the immune system. Many report it's use helps prevents colds and upper respiratory infections, lowering blood pressure, treating diabetes, and protecting the liver. Astragalus has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. People even sometimes use it on the skin for wound care.

    Ashwagandha

    Known to help reduce stress and regulate cortisol levels, enhance focus and mental stamina, and reduce irritability and stress-related cravings. It also supports ones Immune system, and reducing blood sugar.
